NDIS Nutrition and Cooking Program term 3
A small group cooking program designed to help participants learn to cook balanced, tasty meals and build confidence in the kitchen.
Facilitated by an Accredited Practising Dietitian, participants can also pick up nutrition tips to support with their health and wellbeing goals.

Join us for our third stage, Toddlers! Designed to support parents of little ones aged around 12 months, we will walk you through the transition to family foods, building healthy habits, managing fussy eating, and growing positive relationships with food.
Your group will meet weekly at across three weeks, for a one hour session. Our sessions are hands-on, and a great chance to ask our dietitians any questions about all things food-y! You will also receive a free Feeding Healthy Futures booklet and toddler engagement kit to take home.
Partners and tots are more than welcome to join in the fun!

Our 8-week, positive food exposure program is led by an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Play therapist. During each session the team will guide children and their caregivers to explore vegetables in creative ways, with the aim of boosting vegetable exposure and improving nutrition in families.
This program is specifically designed for children aged 3-5 years. Other programs are available for children aged 6-12 or 13-18 years. Click here to learn more.
