Designed to get more people cooking more often, Project Dinnertime aims to inspire people to cook, eat and enjoy good food every day.
These interactive two-hour workshops give participants the opportunity to develop skills in food preparation, recipe selection, meal planning and food budgeting.
Session content and recipes are tailored according to participants’ needs.
All cooking workshops include a two-course meal and are held in the Nutrition Australia Food Skills kitchen, Chifley Health Hub.
