Yoghurt banana pops

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 4 ice-cream sticks
  • 200g reduced fat yoghurt
  • ¼ cup finely chopped nuts

Method

  1. Peel the bananas and cut bananas into half and insert an ice-cream stick half a way into each one.
  2. Dip the bananas in reduced fat yoghurt and make sure it is evenly covered.
  3. Roll in finely chopped nuts.
  4. Place the coated bananas on wax paper, put on a tray in the freezer until frozen. (about an hour)
