Ingredients
- Choose wholegrain or wholemeal bread, English muffins, pita pockets or bagels.
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste, no added salt
- 1 slice (25g) lean ham
- ½ spring onion
- ¼ tomato
- ½ teaspoon dried mixed herbs
- 20g reduced fat grated cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Finely chop the spring onion. Dice the tomato.
- Spread tomato paste over base. Add ham, spring onion, tomato and mixed herbs.
- Top with cheese and bake for 2 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and lightly browned.
