Ingredients
- 1 green apple
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 1 cup pineapple, fresh or tinned in juice
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 200g reduced fat natural yoghurt
Method
- Core and quarter apple. Peel and quarter kiwi fruit.
- Add ingredients to a blender.
- Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
