Trim beef steak. Peel and dice pumpkin. Dice zucchini.
Heat frypan and cook steak for 3-4 minutes on each side. Rest meat for 5 minutes.
Steam pumpkin and zucchini or microwave for 3 minutes, or until soft.
Slice meat into strips and add to a food processor or blender. Add cooked vegetables and blend until smooth.
Lamb
Trim lamb. Peel and dice carrot. Slice celery. Peel and chop potato.
Heat frypan and cook lamb for 5 minutes or until browned. Remove from heat.
Add cooked lamb, carrot, celery and potato to a saucepan. Cover with 1 cup of water. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 1½-2 hours or until very tender.
Transfer contents to a food processor and blend until smooth
Tips:
For a lumpier texture, partially blend and mash with a fork.
If required, add 1 tablespoon of boiled water to improve consistency
