DESCRIPTION:NDIS Nutrition and Cooking Program term 3 \nA small group cooking program designed to help participants learn to cook balanced\, tasty meals and build confidence in the kitchen.  \nFacilitated by an Accredited Practising Dietitian\, participants can also pick up nutrition tips to support with their health and wellbeing goals.  \nProgram Highlights: \n\nFacilitated by our Accredited Practising Dietitians\n2-hour program. Delivered 1-3pm each Wednesday\n2 course meal each week.\nRecipe book to take home.\nSmall group environment\, capped at 4 participants per group\nSupport worker’s welcome.
