Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 green apple
  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 1 cup pineapple, fresh or tinned in juice
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 200g reduced fat natural yoghurt

Method

  1. Core and quarter apple. Peel and quarter kiwi fruit.
  2. Add ingredients to a blender.
  3. Blend for 1 minute or until smooth.
