This recipe meets the GREEN criteria in the ACT Government Healthy Food and Drink Choices Policy.
- 2 bananas
- 4 ice-cream sticks
- 200g reduced fat yoghurt
- ¼ cup finely chopped nuts
- Peel the bananas and cut bananas into half and insert an ice-cream stick half a way into each one.
- Dip the bananas in reduced fat yoghurt and make sure it is evenly covered.
- Roll in finely chopped nuts.
- Place the coated bananas on wax paper, put on a tray in the freezer until frozen. (about an hour)
