Mango Salsa

Serves 4

Ingredients
1 medium mango, peeled and diced
1 medium tomato, diced
1 medium avocado, peeled and diced
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1 small red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl. Toss gently to combine.
  2. Serve atop barbequed chicken or fish, or enjoy as a tasty side dish.
