Morroccan Chicken Wrap

Makes 1 wrap or 1 sandwich (4 quarters)

Choose wholegrain or wholemeal bread, wraps, pita pockets or bagels.

Ingredients
100g uncooked chicken breast
1 tsp Moroccan seasoning
2 tsp hummus
¼ avocado, sliced
2 large slices of tomato
½ cup baby spinach 

Method

  1. Sprinkle Moroccan seasoning over chicken breast. Grill chicken breast for 3 minutes each side, or until cooked all the way through.
  2. Spread hummus over bread or wrap.
  3. Add avocado, tomato, and baby spinach.
