Baked Bean Melt

Makes 1 melt 

Choose wholegrain or wholmeal bread, english muffins, pita pockets or bagels.

20g reduced fat grated mozzarella cheese
1 can (125g) reduced salt baked beans


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Spread baked beans onto bread and top with mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake for 2 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and lightly browned.
