1 tsp olive oil
2 spring onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 can diced tomatoes, salt-reduced
½ punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
1 can salt-reduced four bean mix, drained
Dash of Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp paprika
Pepper to taste
20g feta, crumbled
- Heat oil in a large frypan. Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is soft.
- Add tomatoes and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Add beans, Worcestershire sauce, oregano and paprika and simmer for a further 5 minutes. Season with pepper to taste.
- Serve on wholegrain toast and top with feta.
