This recipe meets the GREEN criteria in the National Healthy School Canteen Guidelines.
1 cup plain popping corn
1 cup dried apricots, diced
1 cup dried apple, diced
1 cup sultanas
- Place popping corn in a microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
- Remove from microwave and allow to cool.
- Mix dried apricots, apple and sultanas into the popcorn.
