5 English muffins
¾ cup reduced fat grated mozzarella cheese
1 can (425g) reduced salt baked beans
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Spread two tablespoons of baked beans onto each muffin half and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and lightly browned.
