Date & Time

Tue 29 Jan 2019 9:00am - Fri 1 Feb 2019 12:00pm

Overview

PDT Junior is a fun and engaging school holiday cooking program delivered by Accredited Practising Dietitians. Learning to cook is key in creating healthy habits for life! Our popular cooking programs get kids excited about healthy foods through our tried-and-tested, child-approved delicious recipes.

Each day children will cook and enjoy a healthy snack and meal. Each child will also receive a take home recipe and activity book to inspire more healthy cooking at home - perhaps even cook dinner for the family!
"I am so impressed as a working parent with the fabulous and engaging workshops."
"My daughter made new things, tried food she has previously declined, and on two evenings was so motivated she cooked one of her newly acquired recipes for the whole family."
Children can attend for the entire week or choose the days that suit.
