Vegie Mash

Ingredients
2 potatoes
1 cup pumpkin
½ head cauliflower
½ cup reduced fat milk

Method

  1. Peel and dice potatoes and pumpkin.
  2. Chop cauliflower.
  3. Steam all ingredients for 10 minutes or until soft. 
  4. Transfer to a mixing bowl and add milk. Mash until desired consistency is reached.
